Organisational structure of the Russian Railways Group
The basic measures for the reform of the organisational structure have been completed and the Company’s future work should aim to improve the effectiveness of activities and build a new management system.
The organisational structure of the Russian Railways Group consists of the parent company Russian Railways as well as S&A and as of 31 December 2014* was comprised of:
* The organisational structure of Russian Railways is presented taking into account the changes adopted at meetings of the Russian Railways Board of Directors in 2014 and as of 31 December 2014 may not correspond to the list of Russian Railways branches and representatives according to the appendix to the Russian Railways Charter as of the corresponding date.
